We accept various forms of payment including credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards.

If you prefer to pay online, just let me know and I'll send you a secure link for payment.

For Medicare Part B holders, we will bill Medicare directly.

If you have a Medicare Advantage or commercial insurance plan, I can verify your out-of-network benefits and provide you with that information.

Workers comp patients with pre-approved therapy will have payments sent directly to Revive Rehab Plus.
